The Customer Service
Specialist is a full-time position that is responsible for taking care of
Ordersng’s customer enquires ETC. As a CSS, you will collaborate with a team
that strives to grow our sales volume everywhere ordersng products are sold
Some of the more frequent tasks you will perform include:
· Checking list of daily tasks
· Checking in with store receiver, check-in delivery, obtain
signatures, collect proof of delivery (POD)
· Merchandising cases from the back room to the sales floor,
filling display units or shelves with products.
· Ensuring back-room inventory reaches the sales floor and
organizing/maintaining back-room inventory in proper location
· Ordering, scanning and logging using handheld device

motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our award-winning customer
service organization.
We are not looking for
order-takers or script-readers – we’re searching for those who can engage with
our customers and think critically to help the customer find the right option
for their shipments, set up their accounts, track down orders and get creative
with solutions.
What You’ll Do
· Engage directly with customers through multiple channels
(inbound phone calls, chats, email), who contact us for many topics. This can
be problem-solving when something doesn’t go as planned.
· Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate
solutions for customers, think proactively and set follow-ups as needed to
ensure contact resolution.
· Operate with understanding; utilize active listening,
patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and Team Members alike.
· Operate with a willingness to learn. We give feedback, we
get feedback, and operate in a culture of being open-minded to grow.
· Answer high volume of inbound emails, calls and CRM ticket
requests
· Be accountable for emergency requests that can arise 24/7
What You’ll Need
· 1 year of customer service experience
· Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal,
and listening)
· Ability to multi-task (e.g., maintain several live chat
conversations while navigating on the computer and taking notes) and perform
well in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry, as well
as for rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for
information to help support our customers
· Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the
company
· Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by
the business unit
· Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and
secure sensitive information
· As a Customer Service Specialist, you are trusted to
represent our values to your colleagues, customers, and the public. You
accurately report your time using your company-issued device and you are
comfortable working without a manager monitoring your day-to-day activities.

Entry level -
₦80,000
Experienced -
₦140,000 per month
