JOB SUMMARY:

We are a real estate development company and we are hiring young and vibrant individuals as a Customer Service Representative to manage our customer queries and complaints.

You will also be asked to process client requests, modifications, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, other queries and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the customers and our company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing enquiries, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

• REQUIREMENTS:

  Must be an attractive looking fair, cream or dark in complexion lady.

  Must be 5ft, 6 or taller

  Must have a university degree or HND

  Must have completed NYSC

  Must be proficient with MS office, internet and social media

  Minimum work experience in similar role is 0-3 years.
