• Responsible for implementation of multiple projects and systems and ensuring the KPIs for these projects are tracked.
• Review customer product demands, develop project plans, and ensure implementations are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure projects are implemented in line with contractual obligations and local regulatory requirements.
• Design and apply appropriate project management standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Information Technology or Project Management or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Implementation or
• Project Management with a successful track record.
• Experience in mobile money, informal markets, or specific experience in a Fintech organization would be preferred.
• Understanding of financial technology and software development, delivery, project management disciplines.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Understand and apply business case and risk management processes.
